What Makes it Rad

The Brooklyn Banks are one of the most iconic skatespots of all time. Go back to the late 80s, Shut Skateboards and Sean Sheffey, you've got the Banks. Mid 90s, you've got Quim Cardona and the Banks. They have been a constant in a city that changes rapidly, and that is part of what is so refreshing about them. Thanks in no small part of the efforts of Steve Rodriguez, the Brooklyn Banks, which are currently closed, should once again be skateable in 2014.
